Hi, I’m Colleen Jones.
We all have times where we feel like we cannot find our true north. This can come in the form of depression, anxiety or abrupt changes in life. As a result we can feel like we are doomed to feeling this way forever. Counseling (or therapy) is a safe place to explore while you’re not alone. So that over time you can remember or, become aware, of who you are by working through the blocks that hold your anxiety and or depression in place. I look forward to hearing from you.
At this time I can only accept clients in AR. All session are telehealth. I am accepting new Clients 18 years old and above. I can accept Cigna insurance. I do offer a reduced rate as needed.

My Approach
I am trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and work from a person centered approach. I bring in elements from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic experiencing and focusing in to session.
